US forces struck more than 70 alleged terrorist targets with over 100 bombs, according to CENTCOM<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong>The Pentagon has released combat footage showing US and allied forces carrying out large-scale strikes against alleged Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) terrorist targets in Syria as part of Washington’s retaliation for the recent killing of American personnel.<\/p>\n In a post on X late Friday, US Central Command (CENTCOM) said American and Jordanian forces struck more than 70 targets across central Syria using over 100 precision-guided munitions.
